Design Service Phases

Design Development Phase:

• One 1/8 preliminary sketch of plan on site with proposed elevation

• One 1/4 preliminary to refine concept

• One 1/4 sketch elevation to reflect exterior

• Reasonable revisions

 

Construction Document Preparation Phase:

• Site plan

• Floor plan

• Lighting and outlet plan

• Exterior building elevations

• Roof plan
